Make the best Beef cooked in Barolo wine!
Imagine a dish in which the meat is so tender you won’t need a knife to cut it! Then imagine cooking it in some of the best wine Italy has to offer, and you have Brasato al Barolo!
Brasato al Barolo is a typical dish from the Piemonte region, but its origins, like many dishes from the north-west of Italy, can be found in French cuisine.
The best wine to pair with this dish, of course, is the same one used for cooking, and it usually is served with polenta, thus becoming a unique dish of amazing richness and goodness.
If you have never had brasato before, you HAVE to join us, and if you already have, you know you want to learn how to make it!
Let's share time together (insieme) in the kitchen!
