Learn how to make basil the best fresh, home-made basil Pesto
Pesto, pesto, pesto for days!
I am most certainly aware that pesto is being used around the world in some un-Italian (may I say unorthodox, fellow Americans?) ways... In panini, as a dip for your chips and spread over anything you can think of. I will make an exception and let you do your thing, just as long as you join us in making it the right way!
'Pestare' in Italian means ‘to crush’, so come along and learn how to make this staple sauce from Liguria, and trust me when I say that the creaminess, together with the crunchiness and freshness of a home-made pesto has nothing to do with its store-bought.
Let's share time together (insieme) in the kitchen!
