Who said grapes are just for wine?
Who said grapes are just for wine?
The Tuscans definitely know how to make their vino, but at some point along the way they decided to put it on focaccia (schiacciata), creating this iconic dessert!
The grapes used originally were Chianti grapes, mixed with very few other ingredients, and it is without a doubt one of the cheapest dessert recipes out there.
It might be cheap, but the sweetness and richness of this scrumptious ‘cake’ is second to none! If you don’t believe us, follow Chef Michele in preparing it!
Let's share time together (insieme) in the kitchen!
