'61 Brut Wine - Berlucchi Wine Estate

Ample aromas and pleasing acidity distinguish this blend of Chardonnay (90%) and Pinot Noir (10%) coming from the best vineyards of Franciacorta, which is aged in bottle for at least 24 months. 

It is characterized by a fresh, rich and elegant bouquet, with notes of white pulp fruits and grapefruit. To the taste reveals balanced acidity, with a pleasing citrus aftertaste in the finish.

Extremely pleasant and versatile, ideal for an aperitif as well as for the whole meal. It enhances, without overpowering, the flavors of dishes, whether they are rice and pasta based, but also white meat or fresh and medium matured cheese.
