It's not common knowledge that Berlucchi was the first to produce the prized Italian Metodo Classico Rosé. However, Berlucchi's cellar was producing this fine wine as early as 1962, just one year after its first bottle of Franciacorta. Berlucchi has never looked back, with Franciacorta Rosé now occupying a fundamental role within the Berlucchi wine portfolio.
This blend of Pinot Noir (60%) and Chardonnay (40%) is a beautiful, deep pink color. The wine expresses lively notes of berries with pleasant vinosity, and is bottle aged for a minimum of 24 months.
Berlucchi '61 Rosé is a harmonious blend of juicy macerated Pinot Noir and gracefuln Chardonnay. This Rosé imparts a pleasant freshness on the palate, ending with an extremely clean finish.
