Description
Passo delle Mule comes from grapes fully ripened under the late September sun on the sinuous and breezy hills of the Suor Marchesa Estate, where the warm and dry climate and a good temperature range represent the perfect combination for the production of Nero d'Avola.
Complex and structured, Passo delle Mule ages for at least ten months in very fine oak casks and ages for a long time in the bottle, in order to allow the best evolution of the aroma bouquet.
