A warm, mature wine reflecting the classic Valpolicella characteristics. Freshness, crispness, and drinkability are highlighted, as are the richer, more concentrated notes of chocolate and black cherry. These extra aromas are notable thanks to the aromas from dried grapes.
Following a specific vinifcation process, young, fresh Valpolicella wine is re-fermented on the skins during the month of March. The grape skins at this stage are still slightly sweet, and representative of classic Amarone styles.
