The Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo Superiore "Villa Gemma" confirms the great tradition from the Abruzzo region in making rosé wines with Montepulciano, the most widespread native red grape variety in the territory.
It's a young and lively rosé, fragrant and crunchy, which perfectly expresses the joy of sharing a moment with one another.
Its good structure and persistence make it particularly versatile: it goes well with hors d'oeuvres, first courses and second courses of delicate meat or stewed fish. Perfect to accompany fish soups, but also suitable for informal occasions, like a quick pizza or a board of fresh cheese.
Established in 1981 by Gianni Masciarelli, this fine winery is today one of the leading brands in Abruzzo and counts 18 production lines: Classic Line, Gianni Masciarelli, Villa Gemma, Marina Cvetic, and Castello di Semivicoli.
