Strawberries are in season, and being one of our absolute favorites, it seems only right to include this seasonal fruit in as many recipes as possible!
Today we're making the easiest dessert recipe ever, with no cooking time and only 30 minutes needed to macerate the strawberries, which will form the perfect juice to wet the meringues, joining the dish.
Greek yogurt is perfect for this dessert, being less sweet than regular yogurt, but you are of course free to use the yogurt you prefer, or what is available in your fridge!
If you can't get enough of strawberries, you really can't miss our Asparagus, Strawberry and Balsamic Vinegar Salad recipe, and for more dessert recipes, check out our dessert recipe index for more inspiration!
