Francesca Ciancio

My name is Francesca Ciancio and I am a professional journalist with experiences in general and all-news editorial offices, particularly for television. Fifteen years ago I met wine - and consequently food - and I never gave them up. I became an AIS sommelier, taster for the Gambero Rosso Guide to the Wines of Italy, and began writing about food and wine for print and online publications. Among the founders of Dissapore and Intravino, I deal with web TV as a videomaker for Winenews' channel. As a freelancer I have collaborated with the publishing groups Sole 24 Ore, L'Espresso and RCS. At the moment I write for Food&Wine Italia, Gambero Rosso magazine, Lonely Planet, Cookist and I am co-founder of the online food and wine magazine La La Wine.
