A couple of tricks are all you need to make this impressive main course featuring duck breast and fresh herbs.
Duck breast is not an easy cut of meat to cook and make the most of.
Mamablip's chef extraordinaire, Sara Lai, shows us a couple of tricks that will make this dish easy to cook and above all very, very tasty.
Chopped herbs of all kinds (Sara even has 2 different types of sage) 'smeared' between the fibres of the meat will make it tasty and juicy.
Filippo Bartolotta decided to pair the duck breast with herbs with a bottle of Amarone Monte Olmi from the Tedeschi winery.
