Homemade focaccia can take a long time to make (some recipes require you to let it rest several times for a long time), but today Mamablip offers you a quick and easy version.

Focaccia With Rosemary And Selection of Tuscan Cheeses Ingredients:

for 4 servings:

300 gr all-purpose flour
200 gr semolina flower
10 gr dry yeast
lukewarm water, as needed
salt, as needed
3 sprigs of rosemary
extra virgin olive oil, plenty
