Lake Garda is undoubtably one of the most beautiful places in Northern Italy: the road to reach the towns of Tignale and Tremosine, natural terraces overlooking the lake, was defined by Winston Churchill as ‘the eighth wonder of the world’. 

On the shores south of the lake is the beautiful town of Salò, characterized by cultivated fields, vineyards and olive groves dominated by fabulous castles.

While Filippo tells us all about this beautiful territory, chef Sara Lai cooks up a storm and makes parmigiana with Piave DOP cheese, an unusual yet perfect pairing for Garda DOC wine.
