You can buy potato gnocchi already made, but making them at home is not only quick and easy, it's also fun and relaxing, and if you have children at home you can involve them, you can be sure they'll have a lot of fun!

Chef Sara Lai shows us how to make wonderful homemade gnocchi, accompanied by wine expert Filippo Bartolotta who opens a bottle of wine with her, in this case a bottle of Era Ora Riesling Wine by the Borgogno wine estate.

Celery (Stalk) 4

Bell peppers 2

Tomato concentrate 500 grams
Garlic Cloves 2 cup
