Today Chef Sara cooks an amazing Tuscan dish for Mamablip's 'Dinner in 15' section: Ravioli filled with Stracchino Cheese, Radicchio and Pine Nuts!

‘LIVE DINNER IN 15’ is the video format created by Mamablip, with Chef Sara Lai and wine expert Filippo Bartolotta.

In the original recipe, the filling of the ravioli is made exclusively with stracchino cheese and egg, but today Sara wants to delight us with something special.

Filippo cracks open a bottle of Berlucchi Nature 61, the perfect addition to this amazing dish.

Ingredients for 2-4 servings

Dough
150 gr 00 flour
50 gr semolina flour
2 eggs
salt
evo

crescenza 100 gr
piave 50 gr
black pepper a pinch
nut meg a pinch

Sauce
unsalted butter 50 gr
1 radicchio trevigiano 
pine nuts 50 gr
piave cheese 1
