Risotto with Burrata cheese, Anchovies and Roasted Peppers paired with Masciarelli Villa Gemma | 15 Minute Recipe

A creamy, sweet-and-sour risotto which you can make under 15 minutes? Yes, it exists and it is here for you to watch and learn!

Ladies and Gentlemen, today one of our absolute favorite ingredients comes to play: the queen of all creaminess, Burrata Cheese is on the menu!

We all love it on pizza, in a 'panino' or on a plate accompanied by some simple Italian prosciutto, or some lovely fresh tomato, but have you ever tried burrata in a risotto dish?

The saltiness of the anchovies and the sweetness of roasted bell-peppers perfectly pair with the creamy burrata, making this dish not only easy to make, but also absolutely delicious.

Watch Chef Sara Lai make this amazing dish in a handful of minutes while wine expert Filippo Bartolotta pours two glasses of  Masciarelli Villa Gemma - the perfect wine for the dish!
