  • Semola flour, 400 grams
  • Egg (Medium Yellow), 4
  • Spinach, 100 grams (boiled and squeezed)
  • Almonds, 50 grams
  • Parmesan cheese (Grated), 80 grams
  • Garlic Cloves, 1
  • Salt, as needed
  • Extra-virgin olive oil, as needed
  • Nutmeg powder, half teaspoon
