Masottina, Contrada Granda Extra | Glera Wine tasting with Filippo Bartolotta

Pale yellow color, with straw colored reflections and a very present and continuous perlage.

Uncork a Contradagranda extra-dry, a wine that will certainly be remembered for its extreme versatility, with wine expert Filippo Bartolotta.

This wine, made from the glera grape variety, a native vine of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, is definitely a child of its territory, because of the memory it leaves in prosecco lovers.

Of pale yellow color, with straw colored reflections and a very present and continuous perlage. It is sweet and well-defined at the nose with clear notes of green apple, plum, pear and apricot which alternate floral hints of jasmine, acacia and wisteria.

It is perfect in combination with a delicate prosciutto san daniele or with a taste of grana padano cheese.
