Light and colorful as spring: this unusual mix of seasonal fruits and vegetables is ideal for these first days of warm weather. Served as a appetizer or accompanied by delicate goat cheese or ricotta, this salad is irresistible!

This asparagus and strawberry salad is a really delicious side dish, beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. A few drops of balsamic vinegar complete this easy, amazingly tasty recipe.

If you too are tired of the usual side dishes and boring salads (check out our recipe page for more ideas) now is the time to try your hand at a new recipe with asparagus, perfect even for those who follow a vegan diet.

The ingredients might seem weird, especially together, but trust us - the result is absolutely amazing!
