  • Pear 2
  • Cinnamon Powder 0.5
  • Sugar (Granulated) 1 table-spoon
  • Greek Yogurt 400 grams
  • Lemon Juice 0.2 cup

Preparation

Prepare Pears

Peel the pears, and dice into cubes of 1cm.  
In large frying pan, melt butter over medium heat without allowing butter to brown.  Add pears, sugar, cinnamon, and 1 tbs lemon juice.  
If the pears are relatively mature, you can cook them for 5 minutes over medium heat.  If the pears are firm, add 1/2c water and allow to cook until pears are softened and there aren't any excess liquids in the pan.  Allow to cool.

Assemble the Dish

Take 4 small cups (clear glass is ideal for presentation, possibly wide and low-rimmed, or even an ice cream dish would be suitable).   
Divide yogurt into equal portions into the cups.  Add a generous drizzle of honey on top of the yogurt. 
Layer cooked pears on top of the honey, shake a bit of cinnamon powder on top of the pears, and serve prepared cups on top of dessert plates (for appearance).
