OltreCento is a wine for those who are curious and those always looking for something unexpected. This is a non-wine wine, it ages in the tranquility of Cantine Florio, cared for by wood and centuries-old tuff, it offers structure and freshness as well as a very modern design.
Aged in oak barrels for at least 24 months, the latest Florio marsala wine offers a new taste experience.
The scents of raisins and vanilla anticipate a warm and round taste on the palate, with a harmonious background of dried fruit and raisins, which make it perfect to accompany medium aged cheeses but especially pastries and chocolate.
