If you feel like surprising your guests with a light but tasty dish, combine strawberries and shrimps with some arugula, and make this summery salad which is way easier to prepare than it sounds!
Perfect for a romantic dinner, a picnic or a family meal, this salad is worth trying at least once - and you'll be sure to make it again, and again!
If you want to indulge even more, add some asparagus that has been boiled and allowed to cool.
