Tuna stuffed tomatoes are a fresh summer appetizer. They don't require cooking and are tasty and delicious thanks to the proven and happy combination of tuna, anchovies and capers.
The original recipe is with mayo (possibly home-made), but we are making a lighter version with greek yogurt, perfect for the hottest days of the year.
They are perfect as an appetizer, for dinner or for a quick lunch - these stuffed tomatoes are great any time of the day!
They are prepared in a short time, and you can tweak the stuffing ingredients and experiment with anything you like!
The tomatoes must first be emptied and left to drain upside down, and in the meantime, you can use the time to prepare the filling! You really can't go wrong with this amazing summer recipe!
