Pulire le fave, conservare solo i frutti/semi.
Condire con poco sale e abbondante olio evo e pepe nero e mescolare bene.
Tagliare il pecorino a fette di 0,5 cm di spessore e scottarlo su una padella antiaderente calda o su una griglia, su entrambi i lati.
Mettere le fette di pecorino sopra l'insalata di fave e servire immediatamente.
CONSIGLIO: Potete anche gustare le fave semplicemente con del pecorino fresco, tagliato a piccoli cubetti.
