To make and prepare your pizza base, please follow our simple instructions for home-made fresh pizza dough HERE.

Mushroom pizza can be made both with or without tomato sauce.
We like our pizza 'saucy', so get the recipe for pizza tomato sauce HERE!

Carefully clean the mushrooms, being sure to remove all residue from the ground.
Do not wash them directly under running water as the mushrooms can absorb additional liquid during this process. Cut mushrooms into thin slices.
Ten minutes before the pizza is ready, arrange mushrooms on top of the tomato and let cook in high-temperature (pre-heated) oven for 10 minutes at most.
Be sure to periodically check on your pizza to be sure the color is correct on the bottom.
