First of all, place a large pot with water and salt on the stove. As soon as it comes to a boil, drop the pasta.
In a non-stick pan, add the butter and the grated peel of 1 lemon, taking care to leave a little to one side.
Melt the butter in the skillet, then add the strained lemon juice.
Heat a few seconds, add the Spaghetti very al dente (half-hard) into the lemon cream. Finally add 2 - 3 ladles of boiling cooking water.
Let the spaghetti simmer, stirring occasionally. In a few minutes they will become creamy and full of flavor! Adjust salt.
