Prepare the Fava Beans
Clean the fava beans, just keep the fruits/seeds.
Season with little salt and plenty evo oil and black pepper and mix well.
Bake Pecorino Cheese
Cut the pecorino in slices, 0,5 cm thick, and sear on a hot non-stick pan or grill, on both sides.
Complete the Dish
Put slices on top of the fava bean ‘salad’, serve immediately.
TIP: You can also just enjoy fava beans with fresh pecorino cheese, cut into small cubes.
