Garda DOC - Sparkling wines 

The Garda DOC Sparkling wines are the heart of the production areas in the Garda DOC family.  These wines can be produced following either the Charmat or Long Charmat (also called the Martinotti Method) Methods.  They can also follow tradiutional fermentation techniques in their bottles.  The White or Rosé versions - single varieties or cuvée - are strictly produced following these production guidelines.  

The Garda DOC Sparkling wines are elegant, modern and bright - a new shining example of top-qualtiy wines with strong bonds to their environment and territories.
