Heat the cream until hotl, almost boiling.
In a blender, put the previously grated cheese, the eggs, the mascarpone and the hot cream.
Blend everything until you obtain a liquid sauce without lumps.
Pour into aluminum molds or glass beakers and steam in the oven at 85 °C for 30 minutes.
