Piave DOP Fresco Cheese has a balanced bouquet with pleasant hints of milk, yogurt and a delicate vegetal note that recalls the flowery meadows of the mountains of Belluno.
In the mouth, the sweet and savory flavors are perfectly balanced and are accompanied by a pleasant acidulous note, beacuse of the short aging of the product. The aromas are dominated by the lactic component with hints of fresh butter and yogurt.
The cheese has an elastic rind, a pale straw-yellow color and a compact paste without holes.
