Preparation

for 4 servings

Step

1

Of 4

Prepare the Piave cheese sauce

Put the cream to heat in a small saucepan until very hot.
Blend the Piave DOP into cream and allow to cool.
In the meantime, bring a large pot of salted water to boil and, when boiling, cook the paccheri for a couple of minutes less than what is written on the box.

Step

2

Of 4

Prepare the pepper sauce

Cut the bell peppers into very small cubes and sauté them in a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, then gently mix them with the ricotta in a bowl.

Step

3

Of 4

Fill the Paccheri

Salt, pepper and stuff the cooked paccheri with the pepper sauce, using a teaspoon.

Form bundles of two or three pieces by wrapping them in long slices of bacon.

Cover with the cheese sauce.

Step

4

Of 4

Bake the Paccheri

Place the paccheri 'bundles' in a buttered baking dish and bake in the oven, covered with a sheet of foil.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
