Prepare the Base
In a big bowl mix ricotta and sugar and amalgamate well.
Add the eggs and the zest from the oranges and amalgamate again.
Bake and Serve
Put the mixture in a baking tray covered with baking paper and put in oven, preheated at 320F and bake for 20 minutes.
Let cool and serve with fresh fruit, berries or chocolate sauce.
