Chef Sara makes a red, exciting breading for a crunchy and exciting beef sirloin steak like no other!
Have you ever heard of red breaded beef cutlets?
This breadcrumb coating for cutlets is really crazy, and once you try it, you won't let it go.
It is much tastier than the classic breadcrumbs, thanks to the tomato paste that gives the meat an extra kick.
All you have to do is mix the tomato paste into the breadcrumbs and then bread the meat as usual: flour, eggs and breadcrumbs.
Today Mamablip wine expert Filippo Bartolotta is opening a bottle of Brunello di Montalcino from the Consorzio del Brunello: absolutely perfect for a nice slice of beef!
