What is rose wine? Is it a mixture of red and white wines? Absolutely not!

It is a wine produced with red berried grapes vinified in white. The time of maceration of skins, which is usually short, determines the intensity of color.

Outdated views say rosè is a wine for women, a statement not particularly flattering both for the wine and the gender.

Trust us, to ignore it because of prejudice would be a real shame! Follow Filippo Bartolotta in his journey in the world of wine.
