Tommasi Wine Estate La Tenuta Le Fornaci Lugana DOC 2019

Le Fornaci Lugana DOC 2019 selection doesn't just have a pretty bottle. Learn more about what's inside the beautiful Tommasi bottle with the wave-shapes capsule.

A beguiling wave-shaped foil on the wine bottle’s neck of the Tommasi La Tenuta Le Fornaci Lugana is an inviting incentive to crack open this Tommasi selection and to dive in to a new world in the Veneto wine producing region.  The Tommasi family certainly has a deep belief in the potential of the DOC wine region, and we’re excited to join Filippo Bartolotta, Mamablip’s fine Italian wine expert, as we head into this Northern wine region to discover some unsung wine heroes.

With some 45 acres of solid Lugana varietal cultivation, the Le Fornaci Lugana project is an important investment on the part of the Tommasi family, who has approached this endeavour with the same dedication and enthusiasm as all of their wine-development projects.

The Lugana DOC is a beautiful representation of the territory’s varied climatic and soil structures.  Temperature elevations and balances reflect in the final aromas and bouquets of this fine white wine, and if you have a particular love of tropical fruits, the Tommasi Le Fornaci Lugana is an ideal addition to your aperitivo or dinner table.

As the wine is produced directly within in the lowest end of Lake Garda, we can find both a beautiful wine and gorgeous territory to explore with our palates during this video.  Join us for a peek into another very desirable Tommasi Wine Estate label selection, and be sure to add this Lugana DOC vintage to To-Taste list!
