- to fill 10/12 flowers:
200 gr ricotta
1 full tblsp grated Piave Fresco DOP Cheese
1 full “ oregano
1 pinch salt
half grated lemon skin
- for the batter:
100 gr rice flour
100 ml cold water
evo oil 1 tbsp

The video is very helpful to make this recipe. I would like to see more of how Sara makes the recipe and just hear Filippo talking about the wine or after the recipe is prepared, Filippo could talk about the wine and how and why it pairs well with the recipe.
