From Turin, born in 1977, Lele is a dreamer, observer, hiker, writer. He has a degree in International and Diplomatic Sciences at the University of Turin and a Masters in 'Non profit 'at SDA Bocconi in Milan. for eight years he has been involved in projects with the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo, dealing with fundraising, marketing, communication, external relations, tastings and above all educational travel organizations in Italy and the rest of the world. He writes about food and wine and is a consultant for marketing and communication agencies. He has traveled to all continents in search of the most varied foods, the most picturesque markets and the oldest peoples. He loves sports (skiing and basketball), mountains (the Alps) and contemporary art.
